INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE

All items will be dispatched within 7-10 days via tracked delivery. Cost £15.00
Unfortunately we cannot offer an express service for international delivery at this time.

 

Please be aware that these timeframes are estimated due to COVID-19 disruption, particularly international deliveries.

In the event of a failed delivery a full refund/exchange will be issued once the carrier has confirmed that the goods are lost in transit.

We are sure you will be happy with your new purchase but if you are not completely happy, you have 14 working days from the date of receiving your order, to pop it back to us for an exchange or refund. 

Please ensure the return is packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way. Returned items should include tags and any packaging to ensure a refund is given.

We are happy to be able to offer free 3-5 day delivery service, but returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage for the return.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All refunds are made against the original payment method within 30 days.

Alternatively, you wish to make an exchange. Simply contact us before you return your parcel, just to ensure we have the item you require in stock.

If there is a difference in payment we will contact you to process this before the new item is dispatched.

Underwear is non-returnable unless faulty.

Earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

 

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
